**American Wild Ale - 5.6% abv** Named after New England wildflowers, our Ephemeral Series of easy-drinking and nuanced American Wild Ales is an understated highlight of our wild program. Low in alcohol, balanced acidity, and built for the table, these are beers we like to keep in the fridge, ready to pair with nearly any cuisine, at any time throughout the year.

Rue Anemone was brewed in December 2019. Undergoing primary fermentation with our Native New England Mixed Culture, it was aged for nine months in an oak foeder before enjoying a period of bottle conditioning. This beautifully golden American Wild Ale offers gentle aromas of freshly zested valencia orange, lightly toasted biscuit, and a gentle thyme-like herbaceousness. Moderately dry, with soft and refreshing acidity, Rue Anemone is endlessly drinkable.
