Oenobier: Semillon 330ml

**American Wild Ale Aged on Semillon Juice - 10.8% abv** As we push further in our development of beer/wine hybrids, the Oenobier series focuses on different varieties of wine grapes while drawing inspiration from the body and drinking experience of classic wines and champagnes. This series is informed by our past work with beers like Stroka, Bug Valley, Terroir Project: Rkatsiteli, and Oenobier's first iteration, which was created with our friends from Monkish.

The golden-skinned French Sémillon grape is regarded for its full-body, yet bright fresh-zested citrus and tropical fruit flavor. A primary grape in the dessert wine Sauternes, Sémillon was once one of the most planted grape varietals in the world.

Pouring an effervescent bright golden yellow, Oenobier: Sémillon presents aromas of fresh pear, lychee, and hand-zested lemon. As the beer opens up, a bouquet of floral notes wash over the palate. Deceptively easy-drinking for 10.8% ABV, Oenobier: Semillon finishes with a gentle acid profile and lively carbonation.
