**Blend of Spontaneously Fermented Ales - 7.2% abv** For this special collaboration, we were joined by Jim Crooks, master blender at Firestone Walker Barrelworks. Grenache Noir grapes from Black Oak Vineyard were foot crushed then blended and refermented in stainless steel with a three year blend of spontaneous ale.
